Even under the toughest conditions, the intercom remains constant and never breaks down. In "Private Mode," the SENA 30K enables communication between up to 16 participants (1+15*) over a total range of up to 2 kilometers. In "Public Mode," any number of participants** can listen in but not respond. This is ideal for longer rides in motorcycle clubs, for example. *Note: All 16 participants must have a SENA 30K. If you mix the 30K with other SENA models, the number of intercom participants is reduced to a maximum of 4. If you want to join a group of friends who already use a SENA 20S or 20S EVO, we recommend choosing a 20S. However, if a couple or a friend is already using a 10S/10U/10R/10C (EVO), they can safely choose a 30K (or a device from the 10 series), as these devices only support a maximum of 4 participants. ** Note: This also requires that everyone involved is using the SENA 30K.
