How can I place an order?
Placing an order is very easy. After adding the desired items to your shopping cart, you can place your order by clicking the 'Complete Purchase' button. To complete your order, you simply need to create a customer account, log in, and follow the instructions you will be redirected to: Shipping (entering the delivery address), Payment (entering the billing address and selecting the payment method), and finally, the order confirmation. Unfortunately, we do not process orders without registering a customer account.
How can I ensure that my order has been placed correctly?
To ensure your order has been placed correctly, you can check whether you have received an order confirmation email in your email inbox. You can also check whether your order has been successfully submitted by accessing 'My Account' and then selecting the 'My Orders' option. This will allow you to see whether the order has been placed correctly and its status. If you have any further questions about your order, you can always contact our customer service team by email at info@motoshop46.ch .
How can I view my previous orders?
After every order, we always send you a confirmation email containing all the important information about your order. After logging in, you can also find this information in the 'My Account' section in the 'My Orders' section. This section contains all information about your previous orders.
What happens after the order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the items ordered, your billing and shipping addresses, and your selected payment method. Once payment is complete, you will receive another payment confirmation. Your order will then be processed at our warehouse, where the products will be properly packaged and protected. They will then be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Should the products be defective, or if you wish, you can easily initiate a return process.
Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?
Yes, you need a customer account to shop with us.
Can I cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped yet?
Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email at info@motoshop46.ch or by phone at +41 (0)79 884 46 46.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver items within 24 hours if payment is received by 2pm.
How much are the shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping. There's a flat fee of CHF 12.
Returns and refunds
Within what period of time can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the items to us. For more information about your return policy, please see our refund policy.
How are refunds processed?
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer via email.
Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after we receive your return.
How long does it take for the refund for my return to be credited to my account?
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the amount will be credited within a maximum of 14 days.
What should I do if my item was damaged during shipping?
If an item we deliver is damaged, defective, or otherwise not in perfect condition, you can initiate a return process. Motoshop46 only accepts claims for transport damage to the product if the original packaging is provided. In the event of transport damage, the customer has 24 hours to submit a claim.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return?
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items.
Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept direct exchanges of returned items.

With HeidiPay, you can pay for your purchases in installments, giving you greater financial flexibility by splitting the costs easily and securely.
