Designed for the future The Sand 5 H2O pants have a slightly stronger speed character than the previous Sand 4. As adventure bikes become increasingly sporty and dynamic, the Sand 5 H2O pants reflect this changing industry. This new design allowed us to incorporate fold-down ventilation panels on both front thighs and adjustable calf straps. Premium materials ensure that the Sand 5 H2O pants will accompany you on every adventure. The over and under concept We've incorporated our expertise from the proven concept of waterproof inner and outer liners into the Sand 5 H2O pants. Wear the removable inner liner over or under your protective layer, whichever you prefer, to keep the rain out - and you dry. The waterproof inner lining, made of stretch 3L hydratex fabric, has reinforcements on the seat and inner knees for durability. To complement the outer and lower construction, the waistband of the main trousers—the protective layer—features a belt buckle and a stretch panel strategically positioned at the center front of the trousers for improved comfort. The removable waterproof layer (RWL) is equipped with a snap fastener and can be adjusted to two positions. A removable thermal lining is also included for even more warmth and comfort on cold, rainy days.
