The combination of suede, strong polyester, and the proven recycled Vibram outsole makes for a comfortable, casual pair of motorcycle boots. Another benefit of the Acre H2O is the OrthoLite insole, which is also made from recycled materials. The Hydratex|Z-liner construction ensures dry feet. Since conventional military boots don't have a zipper on the inside of the foot, but motorcycle boots usually do, the decision was made to give riders the best of both worlds. A removable zipper panel was added along the front tongue so you can simply zip up the front tongue instead of tying the laces every time you ride. If that's not your style, you can lace up the shoes as usual. As with military boots, comfort is paramount for long days and long distances.
