Product information ''KRIEGA OS-BASE KTM 790 ADVENTURE'' - A new, wider version of the popular OS-BASE, specially developed for the KTM 790 ADVENTURE & ADVENTURE R. - The OS-BASE is an ''over the seat'' harness and allows the installation of the OS-6, OS-12 and OS-18 luggage bags. This extremely robust and lightweight carrier system requires no additional fastenings, no drilling and no modifications to the chassis of the 790 Adventure. The modular design offers the possibility of adjusting the number of transported luggage bags as required, for a day trip or a longer adventure tour. - The included KTM rear wing attachments (rack loops), which are mounted on the luggage rack, offer 4 optional mounts. In conjunction with the additional loops on the OS-BASE, they offer the option of mounting 3 or more pieces of luggage or attaching a single OS bag to the luggage rack without using the OS-BASE. - The precisely tailored straps make installing the OS-Base a breeze. The specific design provides a tight, secure fit and more than enough clearance from the exhaust. It takes less than a minute to install the OS-BASE and just a few seconds to remove it. We therefore strongly recommend using a clear, self-adhesive protective film in areas where abrasion is likely to occur on your motorcycle. Important: the rear footrest brackets must be removed and replaced with the 790 strap brackets; the standard footrest holders would damage the fabric of the bags.
