The RPHA 1 was designed and developed after several years of concentrated effort and crucial feedback from world-class athletes in MotoGP. HJC's top engineers went to work, creating a race-ready helmet truly worthy of the top racetracks around the world. The RPHA 1 is the same model used by HJC's world-class athletes in both MotoGP and WorldSBK, and HJC is ready to finally bring it into production with FIM homologation (FRHPhe-01)—the safety certification.

Characteristics:

• Premium Integrated Matrix / PIM Plus: Reinforcements made of carbon and carbon-glass hybrid fabric ensure improved impact resistance, more comfort and lightness of the helmet
• Aerodynamic shell design for racing performance
• “ACS” Advanced Channeling Ventilation System: 5 inlets and 4 outlets; full airflow from front to back removes heat and moisture upwards and outwards
• Improved ventilation system reduces fogging of the visor and increases air flow
• Standard with clear visor (tear-off pins installed) and Pinlock
• Improved visor double locking system, secure locking of the visor even under racing conditions
• The brand new EASY fastening system allows for easy and safe visor changes without tools
• Silver Cool™: ensures improved moisture exchange and quick drying, offers cool comfort and a cooling effect for excellent wearing properties
• Head and cheek pads: Removable and washable
