The shoulder protection is combined with replaceable aluminum plates on the exterior: a special Dainese technology that facilitates sliding in the event of a fall and prevents dangerous rollovers on the asphalt. To further increase flexibility and riding comfort, the leather structure is equipped with inserts made of 2-way S1 stretch fabric on the hips and inner sleeves, as well as Microelastic technology on the back, which improves freedom of movement. The Sportiva from Dainese features a back pocket for optionally retrofitting a back protector, a Velcro closure for adjusting the fit on the hips, and two side vents that ensure optimal cooling in the event of a rise in temperature.
