Dainese D-Air® Smart Jacket LS

The Smart Jacket LS is a ventilated motorcycle jacket that combines the versatility of a lightweight, ventilated garment with the intelligence and maximum protection of the Dainese D-air® airbag system.

The Smart Jacket LS does not require connection to the motorcycle, can be used as a normal ventilated jacket without having to combine other garments, and does not require a subscription.

Made from certified, abrasion-resistant, and ventilated fabric, it's suitable even for particularly hot days and ensures excellent breathability. The Dainese D-air® system, used in MotoGP™ and developed through over 25 years of research, monitors what's happening around the rider 1,000 times per second thanks to its seven sensors. Without the need for cables or connections, it autonomously detects dangerous situations and immediately activates the Shield, a high-tech microfilament airbag that provides maximum protection for the chest and back while also limiting neck and helmet movement.

The system is activated and protects in the event of a skid, highside, impact with an obstacle or another vehicle, or rear-end collisions, even when stationary. D

The Dainese D-air® system of the Smart Jacket LS provides protection equivalent to seven Level 1 rigid back protectors in the covered areas, without the need for a rigid back protector. The Smart Jacket LS features removable Pro-Armor protectors (Level 2, Type B) at the elbows and shoulders. Pro-Armor technology offers the highest level of limb protection, coupled with high freedom of movement and exceptional ventilation, thanks to the soft, fractal-inspired structure and the ventilated surface covering 40% of the protector's surface.

The back pocket also allows for the addition of a removable Pro-Armor back protector. Equipped with two side zippered pockets, it's easy to store your most important personal items so you always have them handy.
