Constructed from highly abrasion-resistant full-grain leather and featuring durable polymer knuckle protection, the SP-5 offers the highest level of protection, freedom of movement, and comfort. Featuring a pre-curved finger structure and a hook-and-loop cuff closure, this glove provides a secure, highly customized, and athletic fit. A high-performance synthetic leather upper is bonded to perforated goatskin for performance-optimized levels of comfort, durability, and cooling airflow. An innovative microfiber and PU grip insert is strategically positioned on the palm and thumb for excellent levels of grip control and durability. The premium full-grain leather palm construction is durable and offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Ergonomically shaped synthetic suede reinforcements on the little finger sidewalls provide maximum abrasion resistance at critical impact points. Alpinestars' patented third and fourth finger bridges prevent seam bursts and finger separation during sliding. The advanced over-injected polymer knuckle protector provides excellent impact performance. Alpinestars' unique ergonomic stretch insert between the palm and thumb provides increased hand movement and sensitivity on motorcycle controls. Pre-curved finger construction reduces rider fatigue and improves comfort and fit. The palm and fingers are padded with energy-absorbing EVA foam for additional protection. Hook-and-loop wrist adjusters and a wide hook-and-loop cuff closure provide a secure and adjustable closure.
