The design of the Alpinestars SP-2 V3

has been significantly redesigned compared to its predecessor. The ever-sporty design has been made even more aggressive. The knuckles, ventilation, protection, and comfort have been optimized. Every part of the V3 has been significantly upgraded, but the underlying foundation of the glove remains the same: a mid-length sporty summer glove for road use.

Rider type and fit

This glove is suitable for sport or naked bike riders who ride on the road. The perforated panels make the glove ideal for summer conditions. The leather glove features a long cuff to ensure optimal protection.

Materials and equipment

The outer layer of the SP-2 V3 is made of leather. An additional reinforced and durable layer of leather has been added to the palm and fingers to provide optimal protection in the event of a fall. The DFS Dual Compound hard shell knuckle protection and the foam padding on the fingertips give the glove an additional level of protection. The little finger and ring finger are bonded together for additional strength. Due to its high safety standards, the glove is CE-certified at Level 1. To ensure comfort, accordion inserts are sewn into the fingers and thumb to ensure unrestricted movement. Velcro fasteners are attached to the long cuff so you can adjust the glove to your individual needs. Touchscreen-friendly fingertips are sewn on so you can use your smartphone with the gloves.

To stay warm on colder mornings, you can wear a thermal glove underneath.
