Utilizing a new sole construction derived from our latest performance footwear, the RT-8 sole unit provides unparalleled all-day walking comfort, on and off the bike. With a highly efficient and durable lug pattern that tackles any surface, this boot also offers exceptional protection and ride feel, while the compact design is engineered to fit effortlessly under any pair of trousers. Features: The RT-8 is equipped with a Gore-Tex® membrane that guarantees 100% waterproofness and breathability. Technical, modern upper made from an advanced blend of microfiber and synthetic, highly resistant textiles, laminated with a seamless PU for improved breathability. Alpinestars' integrated Transversal Protection Frame (TPF) protects the foot while providing the necessary support at the footrest without compromising forefoot flexion for excellent walking comfort. Reinforced heel counter and toe box, with additional shift cushion and a reinforced shin area for impact protection. Innovative quick instep adjuster regulates the instep volume of the boot for a precise fit and secure hold. The boot opens via a side zipper mounted on an elastic plate covered by a hook-and-loop flap to protect the zipper and maintain boot flexion. New sole unit for optimal protection and walking comfort.
